    ▶ Packaging copyrights

  • Strictly prohibited:

    ❌ Copying candle designs for resale

6. Third-Party Tools & Links

  • Shopify Platform: Our store runs on Shopify – we’re not liable for their system failures.

  • Payment Gateways: We use PCI-compliant processors (e.g., Stripe), but don’t store your card data.

  • External Links: Third-party sites (e.g., 4PX tracking) have their own policies – use at your risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Candles sold "AS IS":

  • Service Limitations:

    "We don’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free site access. Downtime may occur for maintenance."

8. Limitation of Liability
