1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Note: Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons or promotions.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time (Estimated)
We partner with 4PX and YunExpress for reliable international shipping:

Standard International Shipping:

Delivery Time: 8–15 business days (from the date of handover to the carrier).

Free Shipping: Orders over £50 GBP (subtotal).

Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout for orders under £50.

Delivery times are estimates only and commence once the carrier scans your package.

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, holidays, or carrier backlog (beyond our control).
4. Customs & Import Taxes
All applicable customs duties and import taxes are INCLUDED in your shipping fee.
You will NOT face additional charges upon delivery (DDP: Delivered Duty Paid).

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

You MUST provide a complete and accurate shipping address (full name, phone, street, city, postal code).

LumnCandle is NOT responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by:

Incorrect/incomplete addresses.

Unclaimed packages (e.g., recipient unavailable).

Refused deliveries.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost in Transit:
If tracking shows no movement for >15 business days, contact us at [support@lumncandle.com] with your order number. We’ll investigate and reship/refund. -
Damaged Items:
Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of damaged items/packaging. We’ll reship or refund after verification. -
Exclusion: Minor packaging dents (without product damage) are not covered.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Shipping costs for returns/exchanges depend on the reason:

Customer-Initiated (no reason/size change):
