We stand behind our products. If you’re unsatisfied, here’s our straightforward return process.


1. 7-Day Return Window

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

** Original shipping fee non-refundable.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • 🔥 Used or burned candles (partial use included)

  • 📦 Damaged/original packaging removed

  • 🎁 Clearance sale items & e-gift cards


4. Mandatory Return Authorization

Step 1: Contact Us First

  • Order number

  • Photos/video (for defective items)

  • Choice: "Refund" OR "Reship"

Step 2: Get Approval & Address

  • We respond within 2 business days with:

    • RMA number

    • Pre-authorized return address

    • Prepaid label (if applicable)

  • ➞ Unauthorized returns sent without RMA will be refused.

Step 3: Ship Back Items

  • Securely package with RMA visible

  • Use tracked shipping within 7 days of approval

  • Customer responsible for lost returns


5. Refund Processing

4. Refund to original payment ≤10 business days
  • Note: Banks may take 3-5 extra days to process.

  • Contact us if refund doesn’t appear after 15 business days.


6. Duty & Tax Policy (Critical for UK Orders)

  • All imports are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – taxes prepaid by us.

  • Refunds cover item value ONLY – duties/taxes non-refundable per UK customs regulations.
